Driver & vehicle monitoring.

LBM Continuous Tachograph Compliance — powered by ComplyMate Lite.

A planned service connecting regular downloads, compliance issue highlights and practical follow-up — so your data can lead to action, not just another report.

Drivers and vehicles, together

More than collecting files.

We are developing the package around a simple aim: bring the relevant records together, identify what needs attention and make the next action clear.

Driver-card monitoring

Make downloading part of the routine

The planned office setup uses a supported card reader for regular driver-card downloads. For depot-based drivers, a before-and-after-shift routine can provide more frequent records where practical.

ComplyMate Lite is being designed to show download history, missing or overdue files and potential drivers' hours or rest issues for review once analysis has completed.

Vehicle monitoring

Include the vehicle-unit records

Vehicle tachograph downloads are included in the planned scope, rather than being treated as a separate service. The workflow will use compatible download equipment and uploads alongside the driver-card records.

The aim is to bring download status, data gaps and potential discrepancies into the same review process. Supported vehicles, tachographs and equipment will be confirmed through testing.

What we mean by continuous: an ongoing cycle of downloads, completed analysis, review and follow-up. It is not live vehicle tracking or an always-connected remote download service. The picture can only be as current and complete as the files received and processed.
The planned workflow

Download. Review. Follow through.

The service is being developed around the way an operator actually works, with a clear distinction between receiving a file and completing its analysis.

Download

Capture driver-card records through the office reader and vehicle-unit records through compatible equipment, then bring the files into ComplyMate Lite.

Review

Use completed analysis to highlight potential compliance issues and missing information. An optional LBM review service is planned to check findings and help set priorities.

Follow through

Record explanations, agree corrective actions and retain a review history. Review frequency, responsibilities and escalation arrangements will be agreed before activation.

Built around LBM Compliance

Focused monitoring. Wider support when needed.

The planned standalone package includes a limited, monitoring-focused version of ComplyMate. You will not need the full ComplyMate service simply to use this package.

For operators who need broader help, the monitoring workflow is designed to sit alongside an LBM Compliance Partnership, ComplyMate and DriverMate — keeping the focus on one connected compliance service.

The initial office-reader approach does not depend on DriverMate being available in an app store. Mobile card-reading is a separate future development.

Before launch

Test the whole workflow

We are developing and validating the analysis system and the path from reader to review. Hardware compatibility, file handling and the accuracy of issue highlights need to be checked before the service goes live.

Final supported readers, vehicle-download equipment, package pricing and availability will be confirmed after testing. There is no payment or subscription commitment to register interest.

Optional human support: LBM review and follow-up will have an agreed scope. Registering interest does not activate monitoring or a review service.

Common questions

Clear expectations from the start.

Does the planned package cover both drivers and vehicles?

Yes. The intended scope includes driver-card and vehicle-unit downloads, with their records brought into the same ComplyMate Lite workflow. Exact equipment and tachograph compatibility will be confirmed before launch.

Is this live tracking or automatic remote downloading?

No. The initial package is built around regular office card downloads and vehicle-unit downloads using compatible equipment. Monitoring depends on files being received and successfully analysed; it does not provide a live view of a vehicle or driver.

Will LBM check the findings?

An optional LBM human-review service is planned to help check potential issues, prioritise follow-up and record actions. Its review schedule and response arrangements will be agreed separately. An uploaded file is not automatically a completed review.

Can I use it without the full ComplyMate package?

That is the plan. The standalone offer will include ComplyMate Lite, a limited version focused on this monitoring workflow. Wider compliance support can be discussed separately.

Can I start using the monitoring service now?

Not yet. The package is in development and testing. You can register your interest now so we can discuss your fleet, existing equipment and requirements before confirming availability and pricing. Monitoring supports compliance management; it does not guarantee compliance or replace the operator's responsibilities.
