Generic training can explain a rule without changing the way a fleet operates. LBM Compliance can build training around the client’s own vehicles, procedures, records and recurring risk areas so the learning connects directly to day-to-day decisions.
Sessions can support drivers, workshop teams, inspectors, supervisors and managers. The content can be aligned to findings from a compliance review so training becomes part of the corrective-action process rather than a separate exercise.

LBM Compliance brings practical vehicle and inspection knowledge into the compliance discussion. Current qualifications represented within the service include IRTEC HGV Inspector, IRTEC PSV Inspector, IRTEC Advanced Technician, IRTEC Assessor, EV Level 3 and Road Recovery Level 3.
Training linked to evidence
Where appropriate, attendance and subject records can be structured so the operator has a clear evidence trail showing what was delivered, who attended and which compliance finding or risk the activity addressed.
Where delivery leads to formal external certification or IRTEC recognition, it will only be advertised and delivered within the relevant approved arrangements.
