LBM Compliance can support operators by reviewing relevant systems and records, sampling evidence, identifying gaps and helping management organise corrective actions. The objective is to understand where the operation is strong, where evidence is inconsistent and what needs to be improved before formal assessment.
Maintain readiness after the initial work
Readiness should not end once a pre-audit exercise is complete. Periodic sampling, KPI review and action tracking can help prevent standards drifting between formal audits and keep management focused on the controls that matter.
Clear distinction from the formal scheme audit
LBM Compliance does not currently present itself as a DVSA-authorised Earned Recognition audit provider. Formal scheme audits must be completed by a DVSA-authorised audit provider. Our service is readiness, gap analysis and continuous compliance support before and between those formal audits.
